I found the room to be clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant, making it a great base for exploring nearby attractions like the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, and Fort Snelling National Cemetery, just about 500 meters away, both perfect for those leisurely city strolls I love so much.

Proximity to MSP Terminal makes travel seamless with a free shuttle service every 30 minutes. The hotel sits across from the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge, offering a peaceful escape amidst an otherwise hectic travel environment.

The property shows signs of wear, with cracked tiles in the lobby and dirty windows obstructing desired views. Rooms lacked basics like a microwave, making it inconvenient for those needing quick meals. Temperature control was inconsistent, with several guests reporting overly hot conditions. Issues with the door lock required multiple trips back to the lobby and left some guests waiting for maintenance far too long, which can be frustrating after a long journey.

I spent 3 nights in a room with two double beds, and it was pretty cozy. The staff was friendly, and the healthy options at the restaurant were a nice touch. Just wish they took cleaning the bathrooms more seriously—noticed hair on the floor when I checked in, which was kinda gross. Overall, decent stay.

The restaurant served great food, and the shuttle was super handy for getting to the airport. 5 minutes from the Mall of America was a bonus!
